On 4th June 2019, Xin Hai Yang (hull No. ASA080), the aluminum catamaran fast ferry built by Afai Southern Shipyard to the ship owner, Zhuhai Jiuzhou Shipping Co., Ltd, had successful sea trial.

During the sea trial, the ferry was fully tested and inspected, coming to a result of good performance and maneuverability and that all equipment passed the CCS inspection in only one time and all performance meets the specification. Both CCS surveyors and ship owners highly appraised high speed, stability and good maneuverability of this ferry.
