On November 10th of 2015, the senior vice director of French Bureau VERITAS, Mr. Claude Maillot paid visit to Afai Southern Shipyard, accompanied by the general manager of Bureau VERITAS Guang Zhou Branch.

The general manager of Shipyard and the supervisor of Quality Control Department, Mr. Sun Dongsheng and Mr. Luo joined the meeting and discussed profoundly, with the guests, the opportunities of cooperation and progressive development between two parts.

During the meeting, Mr. Claude Maillot showed his hope in obtaining support from Afai for completion of database of Bureau VERITAS in the following years. In response, Mr. Sun affirmed that Afai Southern Shipyard would certainly offer the support that Bureau VERITAS request, considering the harmonic cooperation between Afai and Bureau VERITAS Guang Zhou Branch under command of Mr. Huang. He also expressed his pleasure if there are more chances to cooperate with Bureau VERITAS.
