In the 2015 graduation season, AFAI welcomed 5 fresh graduates from Harbin Engineering University, South China University of Technology and Wuhan University of Technology, and one of them is a postgraduate from Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering of Harbin Engineering University, who inject the new-blood into AFAI and also reserves solid strength for AFAI’s developments.

        In order to have the graduates quickly to be familiar with work environment and the regulations, AFAI has made a one-week-education plan for them at first to join Three-Level Safety Education and learn AFAI’s regulations and pass the exams, and then to learn AFAI’s history, development plan, cultures, team work, aluminum vessel design and project management, trainee’s psychology and the role conversion, etc., totaled 10 items, furthermore, to have a meeting with the senior, middle-aged and the young, which makes them much earlier to incorporate into AFAI, the large group and team.

        The graduates in their personal outlook all express that they will deeply take practice, study hard, and meet the challenges, and wish to be a qualified personnel in the post as soon as possible.
